Alcazaba is a quality self-catering house with two double bedrooms. This house is arranged on a single floor and there is a walk-in shower making it suitable for the less able.
Going through the main door you enter a spacious hallway with an upright piano. On your right are the two double bedrooms and on the left you find the shower room. Directly ahead you see the dining area. To the right of the dining area is the lounge and to the left is the kitchen.
There is a dining table with six chairs. The lounge features a large wood burning stove and an external door provides access to a lovely south facing terrace with its huge granite-topped table and awning. There is a Futon sofa bed that sits three comfortably, two armchairs, a coffee table, book case, wall-mounted television with satellite and terrestrial services and DVD player.
The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and shelving. From the kitchen you can access the north facing terrace and the Utility Room.
The shower room provides a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. Above the wash basin is a wall mounted remote controlled cooler/heater. In the sink unit there is a hairdryer.
Bedroom one is fitted with a king-sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe, dressing table and has an external door through which you can access the south facing terrace.
Bedroom two includes a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and wardrobe.

Alcazaba mountain
At a height of 3,371 meters it is the third highest mountain of the Sierra Nevada range and the fifth highest in the Iberian Peninsula. The impressive north face can be seen from Granada city. The name Alcazaba derives from the word fortification.

Please note:
The minimum Rental Period from 1 June to 30 September is 7 nights.
The minimum Rental Period from 1 October to 31 May is 4 nights.
Check out is up to 11:00 hours on the final day and guests can check in from 16:00 hours.
Rural Paradise is closed from mid December to 1 March.

*Discount of 25% for bookings of 7 nights or more.
*Discount of 40% for bookings of 28 nights or more.
The standard price per night in Euros is 162€. This is for 4 people. For additional people there is a supplementary charge of 10€ per person.
Note: In the winter, logs for the wood burners are included in the price.
Payments Summary
1. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of availability. The remainder is payable no less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the Rental Period.
2. A refundable security deposit of €150 is payable in cash on arrival. This is to cover any damage and it is given back to you on departure minus any costs for damages.
3. Payment can be made online or offline using PayPal or by direct bank account to bank account transfer.
4. Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros. Sterling can be paid into our UK account. The tourist exchange rate will be calculated on the day of booking. Euros can be paid into our Spanish account.
5. Additional items such as meals should be paid in Euros cash at the end of the Rental Period.
6. We welcome group bookings and offer group discounts. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
